Jerry Ragle, CDT

Chief Executive Officer

Jerry began his dental career in 1973 before opening Ragle Dental Laboratory in 1979. Due to immediate success and rapid growth he hired a staff within the first year. He has always donated his time to many organizations such as, Illinois Dental Laboratory Association, and the National Dental Laboratory Association, Illinois State Dental Society. He is also quite fond of volunteering his time and company resources to charity programs such as, Mission of Mercy. He has been instrumental over the years in bringing educational opportunities to Central Illinois. In March of 2012 he spearheaded the opening of the Rsolution, Center for Advanced Learning.


Nick Ragle


Nick began working in the lab at a young age, pouring impressions, pinning and basing model work, and processing dentures. After attending college at the University of Illinois, he began his career at Ragle in 2005 as a ceramic technician. Quickly excelling at the craft and by taking on new emerging CAD/CAM technologies, he began to manage the laboratory processes. He is a 2006 graduate of NADL University. He has been instrumental in implementing and developing strategies for the advancement of digital technology used to improve Ragle Laboratorys efficiencies and accuracies. Today, Ragle Laboratory receives over 70% of fixed restoration cases from digital impressions and processes those cases without any traditional hand waxing procedures. Due to improved accuracies and reduced operating costs, the success led to Nicks 2013 promotion to company President.


Natalie Swanson

Executive Vice-President

Natalie graduated from Illinois State University in 2003 with a BA in Organizational Management with a Minor in Accounting. Her career at Ragle Dental Lab began soon thereafter, where she was responsible for the implementation of the latest laboratory management system that is still used today. She was responsible for implementing Ragles accounting system in 2005, and spearheaded the Laboratory procedural manuals. She has maintained the laboratorys certification as a Certified Dental Laboratory and coordinates Ragle Dentals AGD accreditation. She has been involved in office management, human resources, customer service, billing, payroll, marketing, and strategic planning. She is a graduate of the 2006 NADL University. She also has been instrumental in holding down laboratory expenses and in 2013 was promoted to Executive Vice-President.


Pam Gingerich, CDT

Quality & Education

Pam began her dental career with Ragle Dental Laboratory at a young age in 1984. Over the course of her time at Ragle, she has excelled in every aspect of the dental lab. She began in the model and die department and took on more responsibilities from there. Her expertise includes model & die, investing & casting, investing & pressing, metals, zirconia, ceramics, denture processing, and QC. She has spent the last 20 years of her career leading the ceramic department, where she earned her Certification. Due to her versatility she has a valuable ability to cover any position in the laboratory, which led to her 2013 promotion and new title of Quality & Education. Her focus is in making sure every case follows the Ragle standard from start to finish. She also is responsible for education and training of new technicians. And with her level of technical experience she is Ragles best resource for its clients to call and she is always eager to assist any way she can.


Erin Bentley, CDT

Senior Technician, Removable Department

Erin began her career at Ragle in 1999. She has scaled the experience ladder starting in model & die, lead the implant department, facilitated iTero digital impression cases, and currently holds the senior technician position in Removables, which she was promoted to in 2011. She has worked under the direction of Ragles own Harold Wilken, was the 2012 Wilken Award recipient, and is PTC Certified in Dentures.
