To Our Dental Partners:

RDL will be here for you as a stepping stone back to “normal”.

Our plan is to reopen with limited services starting May 18th and full service will resume on June 1st.  Below is how we plan to be here for you as you restart your business. 

  • Need a case with a quick turnaround time? No problem! No additional fees will be charged during the month of May and June.
  • Have a case available for pickup outside of your normal pickup timeframe? No worries! Contact our office, and we will come by for any additional case that day when possible.

Current Cases In Production

  • All current cases on hold in production at our laboratory will be completed and ready for delivery no later than by May 29th. Our regular delivery schedule will commence June 1st.  Sooner, if needed.
  • If you need a case in production prior to May 29th please contact our office to set up the most efficient delivery time for you.

Case Pick-Up/Delivery 5/18 - 6/1

  • We will be accepting emergency cases and denture repairs prior to June 1st via drop-off in our Drop Box or UPS shipping. Our regular local delivery route will resume June 1st.
  • You can print a UPS label and request a UPS pickup on our website here.
    • Cases will be shipped back via UPS as default. If you would prefer to pick up your case at our lab, please notate this on your Rx, and we will contact you when available.
  • If you do not have a My Ragle online account, click here. Click “Register”.  All cases in the lab will now show up on your portal.
  • If your patient would like to pick up their repair at our lab, please notate this on your prescription with their phone number, and we will contact them when it will be available for pickup.

COVID-19 Protocol

During this time, it is of utmost importance to keep our staff safe and healthy. We will be providing each employee with the appropriate PPE and continue practicing standard safety precautions and disinfection.

  • We ask that prior to sending your cases all impressions, prosthesis, and/or appliances be cleaned and disinfected as soon as possible after removal from patients mouth before drying of blood or other bioburden occurring. This is in recommendation of the CDC's 2003 infection control guidelines.
  • Please place all case material in the required safety bags prior to packaging. In addition, we will continue to put all case materials received through our disinfectant process as well.
